WOMEN COPING WITH HERPES 1:1 SEVICES
You have received a diagnosis of Herpes
You are overwhelmed, lost, and don’t know what to do. You need to talk to someone to get a plan of action.
These one-on-one sessions are designed to provide immediate, compassionate, and practical support for women navigating a new or ongoing herpes diagnosis. Whether you choose a single 50-minute session or a package of three, you'll receive expert guidance tailored to your emotional and informational needs.
In just one session, you'll have a safe space to share your feelings, identify pressing concerns, and begin to understand how to live with herpes. Opting for the three-session package allows for a deeper dive, covering topics like dating and disclosure, identifying outbreak triggers, accessing helpful resources, and building a vision for life beyond diagnosis.
These are not therapy sessions. They’re focused, action-oriented conversations to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. All sessions are held virtually, and a discount is available when you book a three-session package.

You’ve been diagnosed with herpes and feel overwhelmed, confused, or alone, and you want someone to talk to who understands what you’re going through.
You’re struggling with how and when to disclose your diagnosis to a partner and want support creating a plan that feels safe and empowering.
You want practical, judgment-free guidance to help you manage outbreaks, identify triggers, and start envisioning a confident life after diagnosis.
What we’ll work on
These sessions aren’t therapy
But you will be working with a licensed therapist who understands the emotional weight of a herpes diagnosis. Together, we’ll focus on actionable next steps: processing your immediate reaction, understanding what this diagnosis means for your life, creating a plan for disclosure and dating, identifying triggers, and connecting you to supportive resources. This is a space for clarity and support that will help you move forward.

The 3 session package is right for someone who needs immediate support (what is covered in one session package) and wants help with figuring out how to date with Herpes, talk to their partner(s) or the person that gave it to them. They need help in envisioning and navigating life after Herpes, disclosure, and outbreaks. They need help getting clear on what they want and how to get it and identify issues that need more exploration. Identifying resources available to them and finding support. We might have time to use some worksheets that you will take with you after the sessions to help guide you.

No, these sessions are more action oriented, not therapy. We are not digging deep into your earlier life or mental health issues. Unfortunately there are not a lot of therapists who specialize in working with women coping with Herpes. I am able to provide people in New York, Texas, Connecticut, and Wisconsin, where I hold licenses to provide therapy only. I will need to talk to you first to see if working together is a good fit. Contact me for more information.

Because I provide the service and in some cases, material, already I am not able to refund for services I’ve provided. I would encourage you to talk to me about what is not working and there’s always a solution. In my 6 years of business and over 25 years in the field, I’ve never had anyone request a refund because they weren’t happy. I’m happy to work with you.
