“As soon as I go out into the world, I belong, in a way, to everyone else.” Lady Gaga
You’ve built a life that looks successful. That doesn’t mean it feels good to live in.
You know how to perform under pressure, solve problems, and keep moving. Other people may rely on you to have the answers. But success doesn’t erase trauma, fix relationship patterns, or make vulnerability feel safe.
I work with high-achieving people—including professional athletes, performers, entrepreneurs, and people whose lives come with unusual pressure, visibility, or responsibility.
Together, we look at what happened to you, what you learned to do to survive it, and whether those same strategies still belong in the life you have now.
I’m warm, direct, and deeply invested in the work. I’ll have compassion for why your patterns developed—and I’m also not going to pretend they aren’t costing you something.
You don’t need someone impressed by your life. You need someone who can help you live it.
What helped you become successful may be getting in the way of the life you want now.
Therapy for the parts of your life success didn’t fix.

If life has been feeling overwhelming, draining, and uncertain, I’m here to help.
If you feel like burying your head in order to escape the overwhelm, I totally get it. It seems, on the surface, to be easier just to ignore the problems around you. Sometimes you just need someone to stand with you in your overwhelm who knows how to lead you to solid ground or to find your sea legs. Not to do the work for you, but to hold the vision of a better self that you know is there. Let me show it to you.
Hey, I’m Drew!
I got you.
Hi, friend! I’m Drew—a insightful & fun therapist based in Rochester, NY. I specialize in finding the light at the end of the tunnel in a major transition of breakup, divorce, struggles in motherhood and learning how to live with trauma when your old approaches aren’t working. Although I could fill this space with all of the training and expertise I have, I will just let you know that I can help you. The white hair is from a life fully lived and although my struggles might have been different than yours, if I can help you with what I’ve learned from this full, complicated, and meaningful life, I am happy to do so. I am a mom, passionate chef in my kitchen, and a boyband fanatic (New Kids on the Block is my fave) and I can be found around the country chasing Joey McIntyre, my first love.

You may have been able to live with the trauma in your life but it’s reared it’s ugly head, big time. Not to worry, this is when the best version of you can be resurrected.
